Description

Lead and contribute to the rebuild of enterprise applications across Salesforce, Java, and Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce Lightning and Apex components alongside Java-based services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Apply AI-driven coding practices to accelerate development and improve efficiency.
• Participate in design sessions, roadmapping, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of AI tools in coding workflows.
• Ability to work across both Salesforce and Java ecosystems.
• Product-focused mindset with ability to contribute to design and strategy discussions.
• Desire and capability to lead teams and drive modernization efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
