Drive enterprise-wide Salesforce platform success and optimization as a senior developer within the Center of Excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to maximize business value using native features.
• Champion development standards, integration best practices, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and support off-hours technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of enterprise experience developing within Salesforce.com products.
• Deep proficiency in Apex REST APIs and core design principles.
• Ability to determine when to leverage native Salesforce functions versus custom code.
• Experience debugging complex components and code written by other developers.
• Strong understanding of scalability as a core design principle.
• Ability to articulate technical pros and cons of different architectural solutions.
• Experience working across diverse lines of business and industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically building integrations to populate data extensions and trigger journeys.
• Experience with Agile framework methodologies and test automation on the Force.com platform.
• Experience leading the establishment of standards in a federated Salesforce governance model.
