Description

You manage Salesforce administration and resolve technical platform tickets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incoming support tickets through direct system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage user administration, including provisioning, access controls, and security settings.
• Execute CRUD changes and perform data maintenance within the SFDC platform.
• Address technical issues by modifying system configurations and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or administration.
• 3+ years of dedicated SFDC Administration experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin Associate).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Strong understanding of user access management and data integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration or integration tools.
