Description

You will build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business requirements to design and implement scalable solutions using LWC and Salesforce tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Build and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure high performance and seamless user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and administrators to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong command of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building responsive user interfaces.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models and platform limits/governor constraints.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud implementation.
