Description

You will lead technical development and product enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from coding to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and enhancement initiatives for the Salesforce platform.
• Execute Salesforce packaged application development using Apex and Lightning components.
• Manage deployment processes and maintain DevOps workflows for reliable releases.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior developers and handle Salesforce administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Apex (Controllers, Web Services, Callouts), Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, including ForceAPI and SSJS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Node.js, and Master Data Management.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Source Control Management.
• Ability to manage complex deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
