Description

You will lead technical implementation and mentor developers on Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide developers on technical solutions and coding standards.
• Create and review implementation design documents for complex system interactions.
• Collaborate with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Present technical designs and updates directly to clients.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Flows, configuration, and administration.
• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SOQL queries.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including data access and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency with Git and SFDX deployment workflows.
• Experience working within Sales Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and explain complex system architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications.
• Experience with Vlocity (SFIs) including OmniScripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Knowledge of Communications Cloud or Vlocity CPQ.
