Description

Lead technical implementation and drive Salesforce projects from requirement gathering through delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery. Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom configurations and integrations, that align with business requirements. Translate complex business needs into technical designs and present these solutions to clients and stakeholders. Oversee technical quality through code reviews and technical assessments. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or App Builder.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or any graduate degree.
