Description

You will lead Salesforce development efforts, including design, implementation, and code reviews, while mentoring junior team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Review code and technical designs to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through technical challenges and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Contribute to solution architecture and design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers and complex logic.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce pages and Aura Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations and declarative vs. programmatic approaches.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
