Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, integrating them with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. You own the technical roadmap, environment management, and data integrity, while providing technical guidance to junior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox management, metadata deployment, and version control.
• Perform administration tasks including user management, security settings, and complex process automation.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and manage data imports/exports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and Development.
• 5+ years designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado for deployment and version control.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Government Cloud experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Mulesoft, Informatica Cloud, or Tableau Cloud.
