Description

Own the design, development, and administration of complex Salesforce ecosystems, including custom applications, integrations, and data integrity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Informatica Cloud.
• Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox management, metadata deployment, and version control using Copado.
• Perform administration tasks including user management, security settings, and complex business process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado for deployment and version control.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Government Cloud experience.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau Cloud, and JIRA.
• Salesforce developer and administrator certifications.
