Lead technical development and architecture transitions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to define migration paths from current to target architectures.
• Research, recommend, and implement AppExchange applications and system upgrades to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex and Visualforce.
• Provide technical leadership by managing developers, admins, and analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Apex.
• Proficiency with Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional personnel.
• Experience working directly with solution architects and stakeholders.
• Degree in any field of study.
