Description

Senior Salesforce Developer for the US Access & Commercial Excellence product line, focusing on vendor-based systems evolution, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, develop, and unit test solutions for new projects and maintenance releases.
• Resolve production defects and perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Create technical specifications, system interface diagrams, and system support documentation.
• Monitor system performance, proactively resolve technical issues, and eliminate technical debt.
• Review Salesforce release notes to implement recommended changes for stable updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce.com experience including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Components, Lightning Bolt Communities, and Service Console.
• Proficiency with Service Cloud and advanced Communities (Lightning, out-of-the-box, or custom on AngularJS).
• Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and Messaging.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Ember, Polymer, or Backbone.
• Experience with Heroku and Java applications.
• Proficiency with GIT version control and Continuous Integration in multi-tiered release environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Advanced Certification (e.g., DEV-501).
• Experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
