Description

Lead the global implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds as the primary technical expert and architect.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Salesforce ecosystem, managing all instances, environments, integrations, and data retention policies.
• Lead solution design and end-to-end delivery for complex, cross-functional Salesforce projects.
• Direct and mentor developers while enforcing technical standards and best practices.
• Manage the DevOps process, including unit/integration testing, rollback contingencies, and backup solutions.
• Collaborate with data teams to design effective data flows using middleware and APIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development, IT, or support working with Salesforce applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Proficiency with SFDX and Salesforce.com APIs.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and product best practices.
• Experience with Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with limited management direction.
• Experience managing on-call support duties.
