Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs.
• Lead development of workflows, automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Perform code reviews, enforce security best practices, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Coordinate with Release Management to plan deployments and create change ticket documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience designing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and managing data loads.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations such as Guidewire, SAP, or ImageRight.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting tools.
• Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Platform Developer I.
