Description

You will lead CRM solution architecture and technical execution for large-scale Salesforce and Veeva CRM transformation programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM solution architecture, including technical discovery, blueprinting, and design for core CRM, data integrations, and security.
• Drive implementation governance through design reviews, technical delivery oversight, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and define solution pricing and estimations.
• Advise CxO-level stakeholders on architecture direction, transformation roadmaps, and solution value.
• Mentor technical teams on Salesforce best practices, integration architecture, DevOps, and enterprise deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT with 8+ years focused on Salesforce architecture and delivery.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce landscape, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and DevOps.
• Proven track record leading large-scale CRM programs, ideally $5M+ in scale.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and security in cloud environments.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva CRM experience.
• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Knowledge of Pharma or Life Sciences industry commercial operations and regulatory frameworks.
