Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Design solutions and review code and technical designs from the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers while assigning user stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and logic.
• Hands-on experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce pages.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Console.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to solution architecture and design discussions.
