Description

Lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce Service Cloud. Own scalable solutions and integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Lead technical design and implementation of integrations between Service Cloud and external systems.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed design documents and well-architected platform solutions.
• Configure Service Cloud features including case management and omni-channel routing.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Components.
• Deep understanding of advanced Apex concepts: design patterns, limits, bulk patterns, and asynchronous operations.
• Proficiency with Visualforce and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs for real-time and batch integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub and Salesforce CLI.
• Knowledge of deployment and packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
