Own the development, design, and deployment of core Salesforce components.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and batch jobs.
• Execute end-to-end case migrations from ServiceNow to Salesforce, managing data integrity and field mapping.
• Design data validation processes and utilize tools like Apex Data Loader and Workbench for large-scale data migration.
• Prepare unit test cases, design requirement documents, and build reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor the development team on scalable solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Mandatory proficiency in Java.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and data migration.
• Strong understanding of bulkification, error handling, and governor limit optimization.
• Familiarity with UI customization within Salesforce.
• Experience in creating and documenting technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka.
