Description

Lead the design and development of Salesforce features, integrating with enterprise solutions and mentoring the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs, web services, and MuleSoft.
• Refine product requirements and provide technical recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Mentor developers by offering technical guidance and support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST API development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies: custom objects, Flow builder, Apex classes/controllers, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools, specifically Copado.
• Experience working within an Agile team structure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft for complex enterprise integrations.
