Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce application development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support Agile development and deployment processes.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, workflows, process automation, and flows.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data migration tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Copado, or Gearset
