Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Copado deployments, along with experience supporting Service Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Build and maintain custom controllers, controller extensions, triggers, workflows, and Lightning applications.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP/web services, Metadata API, and other Salesforce integration technologies.
• Work on Salesforce Service Cloud, Chatter, Lightning Design System, and dynamic Lightning pages.
• Manage deployments and CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX and Copado.
• Configure Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and processes to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and user acceptance tests; debug issues and resolve production defects.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements, prepare test cases, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot recurring issues, and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Developer certification(s) and 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce / Force.com.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST/SOAP web services and Metadata API.
• Hands-on experience with Copado deployments, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience developing custom applications, triggers, controllers, and integrations with external systems.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, application testing, debugging, and Salesforce design patterns.
• Experience creating and executing unit, integration, and UAT test plans.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
