Description

Build and maintain software systems within the Salesforce platform to support business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software using Apex for flow and transaction control.
• Build single-page applications for desktop and mobile using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure technical standards.
• Review work of less experienced staff and provide technical assistance on existing solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II.
• Expertise in Apex programming.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and building custom lightning pages.
• Proficiency with SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for data search and management via Lightning Data Service.
• Experience with Visualforce and JavaScript UI frameworks.
• Ability to pass technical coding challenges in Apex and LWC.
• Background working within large consulting firms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience grooming and building SFDC teams.
• Ability to identify customer pain areas and propose technical solutions.
