Description

You will drive Salesforce implementations and migrations for sales and investor relations functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts to implement holistic solutions using Salesforce tools and in-house applications.
• Enhance the platform with custom screens, buttons, flows, calculations, validations, and alerts.
• Design integration strategies to connect upstream and downstream applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Establish processes for managing customizations, including page layouts, search layouts, and workflows.
• Monitor data replication to local SQL databases and coordinate with DBA teams for troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience within the financial industry.
• Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce Apex objects and custom fields.
• Proficiency with SFDX, APIs (REST/SOAP), SOQL/SOSL, and SQL.
• Experience building workflows, triggers, and complex calculations.
• Proven ability to design Salesforce layouts, dashboards, and UX.
• Knowledge of integration services, reporting platforms, and workflow platforms.
• Experience managing the full IT SDLC, including development, testing, QA, and production releases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes, data refreshes, and user administration.
• Ability to provide production support and log bugs within Azure DevOps Boards.
