Description

Design and implement holistic Salesforce solutions for sales and investor relations functions, owning the full development lifecycle from strategy to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts to implement solutions using Salesforce tools and in-house applications.
• Strategize and execute migration efforts and new Salesforce implementations.
• Enhance the platform with custom screens, buttons, flows, and calculations.
• Build integration strategies to connect upstream and downstream applications via REST/SOAP.
• Provide production support, resolving issues and logging bugs in Azure DevOps Boards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the financial industry working with Salesforce.
• Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce APEX objects and custom fields.
• Proficiency with SFDX, APIs, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Web API, WCF, and SQL for data integration.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, triggers, and data uploads.
• Ability to design Salesforce layouts, dashboards, and UX.
• Knowledge of the IT SDLC process, including development, testing, QA, and production release.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes, data refreshes, and user administration.
• Ability to establish processes for managing customizations, including page layouts and calculated fields.
