Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of nCino applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Optimize the Salesforce environment through advanced customization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expert-level proficiency in nCino.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, Process Builder, and advanced reporting.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Architect.
