Description

You will own the technical evolution, implementation, and support of vendor-based systems for the US Access & Commercial Excellence product line.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, develop, and unit test solutions for new projects and maintenance releases.
• Resolve production defects and perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, and support documentation.
• Monitor system performance, identify technical debt, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Review Salesforce release notes to recommend changes for trouble-free deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Components and Lightning Bolt Communities.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Service Console (both Classic and Lightning).
• Proficiency in integration technologies: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and Messaging.
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Heroku and Java applications.
• Proficiency with GIT version control and Continuous Integration in multi-tiered release environments.
• Experience working within SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Advanced Certification (e.g., DEV-501).
• Background in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
