Lead technical development and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Manage Salesforce administrative tasks including Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, and Page Layouts.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Refactor existing code to align with coding best practices and governor limits.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Salesforce Mobile Publisher.
• Proficiency in Lightning Components, Aura, Design System, and Flow.
• Experience with Process Builder and Approval Processes.
• Strong knowledge of database design and SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce standard, composite, and custom APIs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical clients.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
