• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong Apex, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Lightning Pages, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong .NET/C# OOP and SOA experience.
• Strong SQL and end-to-end web development experience.
• Experience with API/application integrations.
• Experience working through the complete SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
