You will build and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement business logic using Workflow Rules and Approval Processes.
• Design and manage custom objects and data structures within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate in onshore/offshore support models to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong programming background in JavaScript and Core Java.
• 1+ year of hands-on development using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with Force.com IDE and Apex Data Loader.
• Proficient with GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce AI Agent building.
• Experience with AutoRABIT.
