Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and design complex platform solutions.

You will own the release pipeline and system architecture for enterprise Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions including data models, security models, and user interfaces following Salesforce best practices.
• Lead technical development by overseeing activities, reviewing code, and providing guidance to development teams.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or external enterprise systems using SOAP and REST web services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain system integrity through data migration, cleansing, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in SFDC administrative tasks including Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Approval Processes, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning.
• Expertise in developing SOAP and REST Web services.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts.
• Experience with configuration and release management automation tools.
• Proven track record working within Agile project teams.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model with direct client-side requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Builders, Reports, and Dashboards.
