Description

Lead technical design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Drive low-level architecture and implement modular design principles like separation of concerns and loose coupling.
• Lead user story analysis, technical design, and pre-sprint grooming activities.
• Manage engineering deliverables by collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure high code quality through unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Triggers and Platform Events.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configurations.
• Background in object-oriented programming with Java.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OAuth and asynchronous processing.
