Description

Lead technical development and complex integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions to translate business goals into technical solution designs.
• Develop client customizations using a code-light approach with Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builders.
• Execute complex integrations with external systems and service providers.
• Build and implement payment solutions using Stripe, Clover, and Authorize.Net.
• Manage and mentor junior developers while leading code reviews to ensure best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and complex integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Direct experience implementing Stripe, Clover, or Authorize.Net payment gateways.
• Strong knowledge of Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with data migration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture, or Administrator).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce AI features and integrations.
• Background working on banking or telecom projects.
