Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Salesforce solutions, managing the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Configure declarative features including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and object models.
• Lead code reviews, mentor development teams, and enforce best practices for security and performance.
• Manage integrations via Salesforce APIs and web services, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce CLI.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design complex workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
