Description

You will deliver complex cloud-based solutions using nCino Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex solution components including integrations, security, and custom nCino development.
• Lead all stages of the software development life cycle and suggest technical design improvements.
• Identify technical design risks and develop effective mitigation approaches.
• Complete complex coding tasks within two-week sprint cycles as part of a Scrum team.
• Conduct careful code reviews and manage end-to-end website roadmaps.

Required Skills

• nCino 201 or 301 certification.
• Experience with nCino Bank Operating System Application.
• Knowledge of Loan Origination and Lending processes, including system configuration and loan documents.
• Experience configuring nCino components: Covenant, Collateral, Loan Fee Structure, Routes, Route Groups, Screens, and Screen Sections.
• Proficiency with Credit Action, Credit memo, and Change memo.
• Ability to develop nCino Salesforce interfaces to meet business expectations.
• Experience working within a Scrum development framework.
• Strong independent problem-solving and research skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
