Description

You will lead development efforts within high-volume, complex Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Apex.
• Drive solution design improvements and increase code reusability across the platform.
• Manage integrations and ensure alignment across Sales and Health Cloud environments.
• Mentor junior developers on technical best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize system performance by managing Salesforce limits and scalability requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design patterns including factories, façade, and Unit of Work.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and complex security/approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with Flow, Process Builder, and Omnichannel.
• Practical knowledge of defensive programming and test-driven development.
• Experience with Git, ANT, and CI/CD scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud alignment.
