Lead development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and integration tools.
• Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical requirements within Agile methodologies.
• Apply Salesforce security concepts and data modeling best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform capabilities and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Competency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
