Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise software solutions within the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify Salesforce applications based on technical design specifications.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve production defects and performance issues.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as Qualtrics and MDM.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to define business requirements and identify optimal technical solutions.
• Optimize existing applications to improve efficiency, scalability, and code quality.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5-7 years of hands-on development experience specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Active Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Experience working within a scaled agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Salesforce integrations.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
