This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions in Agile teams.
• Take ownership of product outcomes, ensuring high-quality code and craftsmanship.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technology communities.
• Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and improving established methods.
• Support solutions across the full development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Salesforce IDE.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Familiarity with AWS, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Demonstrated ability to write owner-level, high-quality code.
