Description

You will design and develop scalable Salesforce components and integrations within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
• Build secure, scalable technical designs that align with business requirements.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Implement and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations.
• Support CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex and LWC.
• Proficiency with OmniStudio.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: PD1, PD2, or OmniStudio.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and the Insurance domain, including policy, claims, or underwriting.
