Description

Lead architectural solutions and hands-on development across Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Design and implement scalable architectural solutions and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial design through to deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce customization and programming experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proven ability to define new architectures and drive independent enterprise projects.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and technology consulting.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Technical Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Certification).
