Description

You will optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys and develop associated data models.
• Build and customize preference centres to meet client requirements.
• Configure APIs and establish data models for marketing automation.
• Utilize Marketing Cloud Studios including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and marketing teams to leverage platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, including Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Experience with Solution Design and data segmentation.
• Extensive knowledge of database marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guide Template Language.
• Knowledge of Web analytics.
