Description

You will act as a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect, managing the full development life cycle from technical design to deployment within an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Manage development activities, mentoring staff and consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Perform hands-on technical development, configuration, and implementation of functional solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business requirements into customized solutions by configuring objects, fields, relationships, flows, and validation rules.
• Execute custom platform development and integrations with back-office systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide development support through testing, documentation, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component framework.
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and platform best practices.
• Experience with Lightning Design System and declarative tools like Process Builder, Visual Workflow, and Lightning App Builder.
• Ability to manage complex data migrations and system integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in I.T. or a related field.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, and Administration certifications.
