Description

Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance application usability.
• Design and implement bulkified Apex triggers, classes, and Batch Jobs while respecting synchronous and asynchronous limits.
• Analyze complex business requirements to define technical approaches aligned with enterprise goals.
• Create proofs of concept and execute hotfixes, enhancements, and performance tuning for existing applications.
• Manage platform maintenance, including deployments, environment refreshes, release evaluations, and data management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform.
• 8+ years of hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Extensive experience with Flow design, including integration with Apex classes and triggers.
• Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SFDX, and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Knowledge of Batch Jobs, interfaces, and synchronous/asynchronous execution limits.
• Experience configuring Salesforce via workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and formula fields.
• Hands-on experience with field-level security, Lightning page layouts, and Lightning App Builder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing single-page applications using Lightning App Builder.
