Description

Lead technical implementations and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build complex CRM customizations and deployments following technical specifications and coding standards.
• Analyze requirements to provide Salesforce solution recommendations.
• Develop and maintain code using Apex triggers, batch classes, and schedulers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the Salesforce architecture.
• Communicate technical solutions and project status to clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) through at least one full implementation project.
• Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Aura components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and data models.
• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and implementation.
• Minimum 2 Salesforce Certifications.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience using REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools.
• Background in team handling or technical leadership.
