Own the development and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, balancing out-of-the-box configuration with custom code. Build and manage Member Portals to enhance user experience while implementing SOAP/REST API integrations for external connectivity. Draft technical requirements to align project specifications with business needs and utilize Salesforce Lightning Services to streamline functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and optimization.
• Proven experience developing Member Portals within Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and VisualForce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning components and Salesforce Lightning Services (SLS).
• Experience implementing SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Background in the Health Plan Insurance industry.
• Ability to draft comprehensive technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
