Description

You will lead the development of tailored Salesforce applications and features, with a specific focus on Financial Services Cloud. Your work will enhance CRM platform capabilities, optimize workflows, and ensure robust integration with external systems like MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver technical solutions for document handling, data exchange, logic validation, and process automation.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring secure and robust data flows and system stability.
• Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and respond to incident tickets with clear documentation.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and collaborative development while guiding UI/UX teams on platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development, including complex technical requirements and data visualizations.
• Strong command of development languages and formats: JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience working with multi-platform environments, incorporating redundancy and failover strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Copado and Jira.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and recommending Salesforce license models to match usage requirements.
• Ability to build administrative tools, customize layouts, and create reports and dashboards to streamline operations.
