Own the development and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, balancing out-of-the-box configuration with custom code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using configuration and custom code.
• Build and manage Member Portals to enhance user experience.
• Implement SOAP/REST API integrations for external connectivity.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning Services to streamline system functionality.
• Draft technical requirements documentation to align project specifications with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and optimization.
• Proven experience developing Member Portals within Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and VisualForce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning components and Salesforce Lightning Services.
• Experience implementing SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Background in the Health Plan Insurance industry.
