Description

Lead development of tailored Salesforce applications, focusing on Financial Services Cloud, to enhance CRM capabilities and optimize workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver technical solutions for document handling, data exchange, logic validation, and process automation.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems like MuleSoft, ensuring secure and stable data flows.
• Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and document incident resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guide UI/UX teams on platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development, including complex technical requirements and data visualizations.
• Strong command of JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience working with multi-platform environments, incorporating redundancy and failover strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Copado and Jira.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and recommending Salesforce license models to match usage requirements.
• Ability to build administrative tools, customize layouts, and create reports and dashboards to streamline operations.
