Description

You will own the development, architecture, and mentoring for Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Review code and technical designs from developers to ensure quality and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to design discussions and solution architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including writing classes, logic, and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce pages and Aura Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations, distinguishing declarative vs programmatic approaches.
• Experience working with Sales Console and Service Cloud.
• Ability to assign tasks and user stories within an Agile framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
