Description

You will own the hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.
• Build and customize Experience Cloud portals for patient, provider, and partner ecosystems.
• Develop Agentforce automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access.
• Build API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services, and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and Flow/automation tools.
• Proficiency in API-based integrations with AWS services.
• Experience leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud for complex workflows.
• Knowledge of EHR integration patterns including FHIR and HL7 messaging.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and SF DevOps tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or enterprise environments.
